• One key ring can be claimed per email address. If you are eligible for more than one key ring, please contact our customer care team at sales@snakehive.co.uk so that we can process your key rings on your behalf.

• If your shipping address is deemed as a 'remote location' by our international shipping partner (DHL), we reserve the right to cancel your key ring claim. If your address is deemed as a remote location, we will contact you to let you know.

• We are unable to ship key rings to PO Box addresses, post offices, Packstations or Amazon Lockers. Please contact our customer care team at sales@snakehive.co.uk with your order details and an alternative shipping address so that we can process your key ring on your behalf.

• We are only able to process key rings for orders that are placed via our website, or our official stores on Amazon, Etsy or eBay.

• Your free matching key ring will need to be claimed within 30 days of purchase.

• Your free key ring will only be dispatched once you have received a shipping confirmation email from us. If you have not received this email within 7 days Please contact our customer care team at sales@snakehive.co.uk
